"My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style."
~Maya Angelou

In this often confusing society young people are bombarded with a myriad of pressures from the media, family, church, and friends about "who they should be". Many of these pressures can cause confusion, anxiety, or depression for young adults trying to figure out "who they want to be."

My expertise is in helping young adults navigate the rocky waters of early adulthood through talk therapy and art therapy. I can help young adults understand how roadblocks in life can get in the way of having successful relationships, a successful career, and dealing with life after high school.
